If you wish to be a Member of "ROHINI", first you will have to register yourself with "Shubhamangal Mela" by paying only Rs.700/-. You can pay in cash or by money order or by Demand Draft favouring "Rohini".

This Membership will be valid for a period of two years from the date of Registration. The registration form is available on net. Users can take a printout of this form, fill it and send this form, along with the Payment. Once we receive your completed form and registration fees, a Membership number will be alloted to you. This will be your identification number for all future correspondance with "Rohini". The details given in the "Registration form"will be published in "Rohini Magazine" only once.

Shubhamangal mela Members are also requested to fill in the "Computer form" along with the “Registration form” and submit to Rohini office. Every Member’s information is feeded in Rohini’s Computer.

Basic / relevant information of suitable "Matches" published in previous issues of magazine will be provided, only once, within a month by post after registration. Besides as your details are stored in Rohini’s computer, if it is suitable to new Members the computer will suggest it to them. To guard the confidentiality and avoid misuse, no names and addresses will be published in "Rohini" magazine. In due course when such information is published, those considering your proposal "Suitable" will be given, at their request, your address only after checking the mutual expectations. It is important to note that "Rohini" itself does not suggest any "match" to any one.

The Match-making is done on the basis of marital status, age, height, caste, sub-caste, gotra, mangal, handicapped, qualification and  occupation. 

The Members are requested to select the "Matches" by perusal of magazine. It can be read in library or by other means. But if it is not possible, Members can subscribe to "Rohini magazine." The annual subscription is Rs. 700/- only. May and Diwali issues being expensive and larger in volume are sent by Rgd. Post. For subscribers based abroad the postal charges will be Rs.1100/-.

The 45 years long activities of "Rohini" in marriage-related matters have been expanded. And through "Rohini Internet" a worldwide field is made available. "Rohini Internet" facility will be available to "Shubhamangal mela" Members only. You can register with "Rohini Internet" on payment of Rs.600/-. The duration of this Membership is two years from the date of acceptance. Members can download the form of Internet Enrollment from the net, fill it up and post it to "Rohini." The information given in this form will be put on the net. The database on the net is updated every fortnight. The addresses of the "matches" on the net, will be provided to "Rohini Internet" Members only. The Members can pay the registration fees in US $. The cashier cheque should be drawn in favour of "Rohini."

Rules and Regulations

• Please mention your "Shubhmangal mela" number, "Rohini Internet" number, and "Subscriber number" and Full name, while communicating with "Rohini."
• The addresses of the "matches" are provided only after checking the mutual expectations.
• Members are requested to verify the information before settling the marriage.
• Please answer each and every letter you receive as a marriage proposal. Even negative reply should be sent immediately.
• When your marriage is settled, please inform us immediately so that we can update our database.
• Rohini also provide Fax facility. The Fax charges will depend on the "pulse rate." and the number of page to be faxed.
• Serial No. against, which, your information is published in magazine or put on net will be different from your Membership number.
